Adem\u00e1s, es perfecta para estos d\u00edas de verano tan calurosos: u<strong>n helado de vino tinto o blanco<\/strong>, lo que prefieras, ya que los pasos son casi los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Para llevar a cabo el helado, puedes usar el vino que m\u00e1s te apetezca. Eso s\u00ed, ten en cuenta que necesitar\u00e1s una botella entera para elaborar la receta. Para los que teng\u00e1is dudas, el helado <strong>no llevar\u00e1 nada de alcohol<\/strong>, ahora descubrir\u00e9is porqu\u00e9. \u00a1Empezamos!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>750 ml de vino tinto o blanco<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>1 ramita de canela o c<\/strong><strong>\u00e1scara de lim<\/strong><strong>\u00f3n\/naranja\/gotas vainilla<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>400 ml de nata de reposter<\/strong><strong>\u00eda sin montar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>250 ml de leche condensada<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>En un cazo, <strong>pon a ebullici\u00f3n<\/strong> todo el contenido de la botella de vino (750 ml). Si has optado por usar un vino tinto, a\u00f1\u00e1dele una rama de canela. En el caso que hayas usado un blanco, puedes a\u00f1adirle un trozo de c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n o naranja o incluso unas gotitas de vainilla aromatizada. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura de ebullici\u00f3n, ap\u00e1rtalo del fuego y deja que repose. Retira la canela o c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n o naranja y guarda el contenido en otro recipiente, a poder ser, de vidrio para que enfr\u00ede mejor. D\u00e9jalo <strong>reposar en la nevera durante 24 horas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Utiliza otro recipiente para <strong>montar 400 ml nata con la batidora<\/strong> y, sobre todo, no pongas az\u00fa Una vez est\u00e9 al punto de nieve, <strong>a\u00f1ade 250 ml de leche condensada<\/strong> y la reducci\u00f3n de vino que hab\u00edamos enfriado anteriormente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Mezcla todos los ingredientes bien y guarda el recipiente en el congelador durante <strong>un m\u00ednimo de 4 horas<\/strong>. Si quieres que tu helado tenga forma de polo, s\u00f3lo tienes que volcar el contenido en moldes individuales y colocar en medio un palito de madera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Presenta tu helado de vino con <strong>alguna decoraci\u00f3n para sorprender<\/strong> a\u00fan m\u00e1s a tus invitados.
