{"id":7117,"date":"2020-12-10T11:01:35","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T10:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aribau.es\/?p=7117"},"modified":"2021-04-23T10:45:17","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T09:45:17","slug":"cava-tresor-anniversary-de-pere-ventura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aribau.es\/ca\/cava-tresor-anniversary-de-pere-ventura\/","title":{"rendered":"CAVA \u2018TRESOR ANNIVERSARY\u2019, DE PERE VENTURA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Tresor Anniversary Gran Reserva Brut 2015<\/em><\/strong> es un cava de edici\u00f3n limitada de la que tan solo se han elaborado 19.656 botellas, y forma parte de la l\u00ednea <em>Celebraci\u00f3n<\/em> de la <em>Tresor Collection<\/em> de la bodega <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pereventuragroup.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pere Ventura<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El cava es un Gran Reserva de perfil cl\u00e1sico, elaborado con el coupage tradicional (xarel\u00b7lo, macabeo y parellada), y que pasa por un envejecimiento de m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os y medio que lo convierte en un cava de \u00f3ptima madurez y complejidad.<\/p>\n<p>Su frescor, cuerpo y complejidad son fruto de ese acertado coupage de uvas que proceden de diferentes vi\u00f1edos de la casa, todos ubicados en distintas altitudes. El xarel\u00b7lo le aporta cuerpo, estructura y capacidad de envejecimiento; el macabeo, finura y frescor; y la parellada lo dota de amabilidad, perfume y elegancia.<\/p>\n<p>De color dorado intenso, es un cava brillante de burbuja fina y persistente. En nariz presenta un juego de aromas de inusual frescor, y se pueden encontrar aromas terciarios propios de la crianza, como c\u00edtricos y notas herb\u00e1ceas, que se integran con notas de pasteler\u00eda, especiadas, a fruta seca, cereales, tostados y chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Esta riqueza arom\u00e1tica se expresa tambi\u00e9n en boca, con un abanico de sabores que van desde la flor de acacia hasta notas de fruta seca, toffee y boller\u00eda. Es un cava suntuoso, fresco, amplio y rico en matices. De textura aterciopelada, tiene un final en boca intenso y persistente, ligeramente fresco y con un toque amargo.<\/p>\n<p>Un cava elegante y complejo que maridar\u00e1 con sushi, tartars, risotto de setas o una selecci\u00f3n de pat\u00e9s.
